When Katie and Mike asked us to come to Brooklyn to do their engagement photos, I think I gasped and said “Be right there!”. We met up with them outside of our hotel in Greenpoint, which also happens to be the neighborhood that they call home. We spent the afternoon walking around some of their favorite spots, hanging out and taking their engagement photos. They came ready with the best facial expressions I have ever seen. They killed their session! When the sun was setting we headed over to where they got engaged, the WNYC Transmitter Park it boasts a beautiful view across the river peering into the Manhattan skyline. I think I may have audibly gasped again seeing the skyline with the sunshine hitting it so perfectly. I’m from Ohio, the land of corn fields, let me have this…okay!? It was so much fun to be shown around their neighborhood by two people who love it so much! Greenpoint is a must if you ever visit Brooklyn or NYC!
