Cambodia // Update Eight // Green Curry

It was one of my goals this trip to Cambodia to learn how to cook many different Khmer & Asian dishes. One of our good friends, who is teaching us Khmer, is also a very talented cook. So far she has taught us how to cook 3 different dishes - this is the only one that I got to document. Can I start by saying that this is the best green curry I have ever had. Oh man, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I am in the process of working on the final recipe, that'll come at a later date. I am hoping to do some testing when I get back to the States & nail down this recipe. But for now here's this! Enjoy! (I made a little video while we were cooking, I apologize, I am no cinematographer)
